You can contact her and talk to her about making a custom one for you, you can probably get her to attach it to a hair clip or hairband or whatever you like. She makes ALL my hair pieces and is very accomodating she loves doing customs especially for performance artists

Most of the Mini Hats you'll be seeing places are made by Marjhani of Dreadful Delights. You can see her work at www.myspace,com/dreadfuldelights. She is gladly taking custom orders, and her hats tap out around 70 (and that is for very expensive material), I believe.

i've used those felt hats from craft stores too.
they are perfect for the quick fix for a costume, especially if you don't know if you are going to use it again.

i put a black shiny velvet band around mine, reinforced the band too. then took ostrich feathers in different colors to match different costumes and made of couple of different inserts to stick into the band, that way I can change them out depending on the color scheme.

they don't hold up to being tossed about, and if you get them wet they sometimes lose their shape. but, for less than $40 i have a tiny hat for 4 different costumes.
